****Update 20:27pm Another person has come forward and said they saw two gentlemen in a foreign car catch Lulu on the a1067 and pass it to a lady in her mid 50’s with blonde hair white was driving a silver hatchback. Her car was facing towards Fakenham and the 2 mens car were heading to Norwich. Unfortunately the gentlemen did not have a dash cam.
If anyone was on the A1067 at 3-3:30 21st 2018 with a dash cam please contact me as we may be able to get her license plate and identify her. She has yet to call me regarding finding Lulu and Lulu was wearing a collar with my number and our address on.****
